On Monday night, Bieber walked the red carpet in a custom Saint Laurent look. Speaking to Vogue, she explained that the top of her dress was custom fitted to her body. The hard plate flowed into a long, vibrant blue train.
Bieber styled her hair slicked back and kept her accessories minimal.
